Broomsticks

Broomsticks are fantastic to have around the house!  They are great for playing games like ‘Limbo’ and other jumping games and are also great to use for overhead squatting or lunging with a bar overhead. They are very inexpensive and can be bought from places like Bunnings, Woolworths and Coles and are very easy to store.
