Spiced ham and avocado wrap
Ingredients
- 1/2 small avocado (100g), sliced thinly lengthways
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 x 20cm wholegrain wraps
- 6 thin slices light ham (60g)
- 100 gram drained char-grilled capsicum (bell pepper)
- 60 gram butter (boston) lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoon spicy tomato salsa
Method

1Combine avocado, spices and juice in a small bowl. Arrange over tortillas.

2Top tortillas with ham, capsicum, lettuce and salsa. Roll to enclose filling.

Tip: You could also use mountain bread or lavash. This is a good work lunch, you can store the ingredients in separate containers and assemble the wrap just before serving.
