Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
400 gram button mushrooms (thickly sliced)
1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
125 gram cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/3 cup flat leaf parsley (coarsely chopped)
4 slices grainy bread (toasted)
1 cup Cottage cheese
