Raspberry and coconut smoothie bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 tbs shredded coconut (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup oats (plus extra for topping)
Method

Gather all ingredients.

Place all ingredients into the blender except for the toppings.

Blend until smooth and creamy (remember you need it to be a spoon-able consistency).

Pour into a bowl and top with extra berries, coconut and oats.
