Porridge Facon Chunky Monkey

Ingredients

Porridge:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (45g)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1 tsp mesquite powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • a pinch of pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)

Toppings:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 5-6 walnut halves
  • 1/8 cup (20g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbps coconut shreds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
