Mexican Chicken Tortillas
Ingredients
- 625 gram chicken tenderloins
- 35 gram packet taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 large flour packet tortillas
- 1 large avocado, mashed
- 2 cup cos lettuce leaves, shredded
- 2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
Method

Toss chicken tenderloins in packet taco seasoning mix.

Cook chicken on a heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue).

Meanwhile, warm the 8 tortillas according to packet directions.

Spread tortillas with mashed avocado; top with shredded cos lettuce leaves, tomatoes and chicken. Roll to enclose filling.
