  • 2/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup shredded low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, basil and/or chives
