Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium sweet red peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium green peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 submarine sandwich buns (about 10 inches), split (you can choose Gluten free buns)
