Fruity breakfast couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole-wheat couscous
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (finely diced,stem removed)
  • 1/2 cup green grapes (cut in half,seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 200 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbs honey (*to serve,*optional)

Tip: Remove cling wrap and fluff the couscous with a fork.
