Foodie Tip – Almond Meal

Almond meal is a tasty gluten-free and low-carbohydrate alternative to wheat flour.  This can be used is place of flour for many things such as pancakes, muffins, breads and other baked goods.

Almond meal is also packed with many good minerals and is a fantastic source of good fats!  It is also great to have on some good quality greek or coconut yoghurt in the morning!
