Clean Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups of spinach (or other leafy green)
- 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
- ½ avocado
Toppings
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Method
Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds.
