Breakfast smoothie with oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed berries
- mango
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbs Greek yoghurt
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS
- Protein powder supplement
- 1 tbs golden flax meal
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 handful mixed nuts and seeds (small)
- 1 tbs raw cacao powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
