Breakfast smoothie with oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • mango
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbs Greek yoghurt

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS

  • Protein powder supplement
  • 1 tbs golden flax meal
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 handful mixed nuts and seeds (small)
  • 1 tbs raw cacao powder

Recipe Info

Tip: You can use banana instead of mixed berries (or a blend). Both are high in antioxidants.

Substitute honey for maple syrup of rice syrup, depending on your preference.

Almond, rice, coconut or cow’s milk all work well in this recipe.
