Cheesy Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Tip: We serve these quesadillas as chilly dippers or load them up with salsa and sour cream for a super starter.
Also, you can add more “hidden” veggies in the recipe.
