Be quick to jump up and chase!

Environment and Set Up

• Find a safe space to be able to move around that is big enough for your family and is not slippery.
• Everyone sits cross-legged in a circle.

Rules

• One person is “It.”
• The person that’s “It” walks around the outside of the circle, touching each head, saying, “Duck” each time.
• After tapping a few people they pick one person, by touching their head, and say, “Goose!”
• The person that’s “It” then runs around the circle away from the Goose, who has to jump up and try to catch them.
• “It” is trying to get all the way around the circle and back to the Goose’s empty spot to sit down before being caught by the Goose.
• If the Goose can’t catch “It” before they sit down, he or she is now “It”.
• Repeat the game until everyone has had 1 or 2 turns of being “It”.
