Join in on some running fun!

Environment and Set Up

• Find a safe space with even ground (non slip).
• This one works great with some funky music playing at the same time!

Rules

• One person is “It.”
• “It” tries to catch the others.
• When tagged, that person must freeze.
• Others may touch the frozen child to free them.
• Change who is “It” every few minutes until each person has had a turn.
• Enjoy having some running fun and giggling along the way!

Change it Up!

• Change the boundaries to make it smaller or bigger.
• Change the number of children who are “It”.
